Is there anything cozier and more appealing than the image of a bird’s nest? Each is a marvel of architectural ingenuity… and their twiggy textures are fun to draw. Today, we’ll create illuminated letters that borrow their textures from the nests of birds. From the same first step, you can create in either ink or watercolor - we will do both today.
But what would nests be without birds? We’ll also play with creating a fun style of “little round bird” to complement your nest lettering. Watch the video and print all seven pdf pages before you begin.
